Chemtrade International has supplied a new plant to one of the Benelux’s largest plastic recyclers.
The belt filter system provides secondary treatment of wash water and site runoff. The water mainly contains heavy metals released when certain plastic streams are washed.
A large underground buffer collects both streams. Wastewater is then pumped to the belt filter plant for batch treatment using a formulated reaction separation agent from our regular supplier EFA Chemie GmbH.
